Head of Citi Commercial Bank in Thailand

Bangkok, 15 May 2026 – Citi announced the appointment of Ms. Sutida Tambunlertchai as the new Head of Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) in Thailand. In her new capacity, she will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Commercial Banking business, expanding the client franchise, and reinforcing Citi's market leadership in Thailand. Ms. Sutida will report to Gunjan Kalra, Head of CCB for JANA & Asia South, with a matrix reporting line to Narumon Chivangkur, Thailand Country Chief Officer (CCO) & Banking Head.

Ms. Tambunlertchai joined Citi in 2022 and brings over 15 years of international banking experience, having held key roles in Commercial and Corporate Banking across seven countries in Asia, the Middle East, and the UK. In her most recent position as Head of the Commercial Subsidiaries Group in Thailand, she successfully built a high-performing team and achieved remarkable business growth over a three-year period.

Ms. Tambunlertchai is a graduate with honors from Wesleyan University, USA, where she earned a double major in Mathematics-Economics and East Asian Studies. She is fluent in Mandarin, Thai, and English.
