To make green mobility more accessible to customers in this market, VinFast will also introduce its unparalleled after-sales policy. VinFast's electric vehicles will be covered by a 7 - 10 year or 160,000 - 200,000 km warranty for the powertrain (whichever comes first), and an 8 - 10 year warranty with no mileage limit for the battery.
