Harrison Invests THB 600 Million to Acquire Bulk Units
at Park 24 Phrom Phong Reinforcing the Success of Prop2Share
as A Space Mega 1 Nears Complete Sell-out
Mr. Sahatchai Kwancheun, Senior Vice President – Project Investment of Harrison Public Company Limited, said that following the launch of Prop2Share, the real estate inventory platform developed by Harrison, the platform has received an excellent response from project developers, independent real estate agents, and investors nationwide. It has also played an important role in driving sales at A Space Mega 1, which is expected to achieve a complete sell-out soon. On this occasion, the Company has acquired 74 condominium units at Park 24 Phrom Phong in a bulk purchase valued at more than THB 600 million.
