Thailand’s Next Generation Smart Warehouse with spanning
260,000 sqm of AS/RS automation on the strategic Bangna–EEC logistics corridor, delivered under a Zero CAPEX model that lets operators run robotic storage
without owning it.
The launch arrives as Southeast Asia’s logistics sector confronts a widening gap. Labour is scarce, consumers now expect delivery within 24 hours, and businesses see automation as essential to their future operations. Yet many continue to hold back, citing upfront capital cost and the lack of in-house expertise to design and run end-to-end systems. OMEGA is built to close that gap.
“Our customers do not need another building. They need infrastructure that runs their operation today and grows with it tomorrow,” said Mr. Charlie Chang, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ALP. “We are not a landlord. We invest — you operate.”
Removing the Capital Barrier to Automation Solution
That principle is delivered through ALP’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service model. ALP manages the building, the automation hardware, the software and the maintenance; tenants pay to use the system rather than to buy it. Businesses can operate within a fully functional automated facility without the upfront investment in racking, robotic cranes, or the long payback periods traditionally associated with automation. With OMEGA, integrating automation into warehouse and logistics operations becomes smart, simple, and sustainable enabling businesses to improve operational efficiency without having to build and manage the infrastructure themselves.

OMEGA 1 Bangna is designed to build Thai capability. ALP will roll out training and skills-development programmes to prepare local talent to operate, maintain and manage robotic and smart automation systems creating a highly skilled workforce equipped to grow alongside the industry’s digital transformation.
“Simple, Smart, Sustainable those three principles sit at the core of everything we develop, and OMEGA 1 Bangna is the blueprint,” Mr. Charlie added. “We will keep expanding this platform in strategic locations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. We build the future today.”
