Results for Q3FY26
(October – December 2025)
Bangkok – Jan 28, 2026 – Tata Steel Thailand declared its quarterly results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, on January 19, 2026. The Company reported profit before taxes (PBT) of 619 Mn THB for the October – December 2025 quarter against a profit of 1,067 Mn THB for the July – September 2025 quarter and a profit of 295 Mn THB in the October – December 2024 quarter.
Mr Tarun Daga, President and CEO, Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Limited stated that “Sales volume of the Company in the quarter under review, was 290,000 Tons are lower than those in the previous quarter by 19% on account of reduced domestic sales. The flood / rain situation during October – November 2025 subdued rebars demand and liquidity concerns further added to the decline in sentiment. Wire rod sales were impacted by the considerable increase in imports of wire rods.”
“Revenue from sales and related services in the current quarter was at 5,783 Mn THB, lower than that in the previous quarter due to lower sales volume and selling price. As compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the increase in revenue was primarily due to higher sales volume.”
“For the 9-month period ending December 31, 2025, the Company’s sales volume was better than the 9-month period ending December 31, 2024, driven by better domestic sales, supported by sustained demand for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) rebar and improved market sentiment, partially offset by lower exports.”
