Tata Steel Thailand reports Operating Results for Q1FY26
(April – June 2025)
Bangkok – Aug 4, 2025 – Tata Steel Thailand declared its quarterly results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, on July 17, 2025. The Company reported a profit before income tax of 474 Mn THB for the April – June 2025 quarter against a profit of 189 Mn THB for the January – March 2025 quarter and a profit of 93 Mn THB in the April – June 2024 quarter.
Mr Tarun Daga, President and CEO, Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Limited stated that “Sales volume in the quarter under review, was at 338,000 Tons compared to 328,000 tons in the previous quarter on account of increased domestic demand driven by improved public sector investment spending budget releases. As compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the sales volume is also higher due to the same reason.”
“Revenue from sales and related services in the current quarter was at 6,838 Mn THB, higher than the previous quarter’s, owing to higher sales volume. As compared to the same quarter previous year, the increase in revenue was primarily due to higher sales volume.”
